Are there any green MTB trails in Squamish?
Interesting Green trails are very hard to come by. The Ray Peters trail is a very easy green trail that's located in Squamish. The trail is smooth, flat and flowy, and is for more absolute beginners. Robs and Cliffs Corners offer a great time for practicing corners as a beginner and intermediate-level rider. The climbing and descending grades are gradual. For real beginners, you can just pedal up the fire road and only ride Rob’s and Cliff’s Corners.
If you are looking for green trails, and not quite ready to hit Pseudo or Half Nelson, and bored by the above, then your best bet is to hit the bike park in Whistler. You’ll get multiple laps and the green trails are fun, technical and flowy, offering a much more interesting ride and perhaps accelerating your way to Squamish Blues.
Whistler Bike Park is world-renowned for its challenging and technical mountain bike trails. However, the park also offers a variety of green trails that are perfect for beginners or those looking for a more relaxed ride.
Ez Does It is a great place to start. As its name suggests, Ez Does It is an easy and gentle trail that's perfect for beginners. The trail is wide and smooth, with gentle berms and rollers, making it a great introduction to downhill mountain biking.
Bored of Ez Does it, check out Del Bocca Vista for a fun technical trail that can be taken at any speed comfortably, great for a warm-up lap or for someone learning to ride tech.
